Seasonal Programs
Spring & Fall Cleanup
Erie winters are hard on landscapes. Our seasonal cleanup programs make sure your property starts and ends each growing season in top condition.
Spring Cleanup
Early Spring
Winter takes its toll on Erie properties. Our spring cleanup tackles every trace of the cold season, from removing accumulated leaves and debris to cutting back spent perennial tops. We repair snow mold damage and address plow scarring on turf areas, then clean up beds to prepare your landscape for the growing season ahead.
- Removal of leaves and debris from winter
- Removal of spent perennial tops
- Repair snow mold and plow damage to turf
- Bed cleanup as needed
- Optional mulch installation and dethatching
Fall Cleanup
Early October through December
Thorough removal of all leaves and debris from lawn areas and shrub beds, plus dead foliage removal to prevent disease and pest overwintering. Depending on your property's needs, cleanup may include aeration, overseeding, winter preparation, and bed mulching.
- Complete leaf and debris removal from lawns and shrub areas
- Dead foliage removal
- Aeration, overseeding, and winter prep available
- Bed mulching for cold-weather protection
- Multi-service discounting for mowing clients
Mowing customers receive priority scheduling and multi-service discounts during fall operations.
Premium Mulching
A properly mulched landscape bed does more than look polished. We use premium double ground mulch for a refined, uniform finish that performs as well as it looks. Gravel options are also available for beds where stone is the better fit.
Mulch can be installed at any point during the season. Most clients prefer spring installation to pair with cleanup services, but fall mulching is equally effective for winter bed protection.

Turf Health
Lawn Restoration Services
Compacted soil, thatch buildup, and thinning turf all respond well to targeted treatments. These services can be performed individually or combined for maximum impact.
Aeration
Best performed in fall
Foot traffic, mowing, and natural settling compact your soil over time, choking off the root zone from the air, water, and nutrients it needs. Core aeration opens the soil by pulling small plugs, creating channels that allow your lawn to breathe and absorb what it needs to thrive.
Often combined with dethatching and overseeding for maximum results.
Dethatching
Spring or Fall
A layer of dead organic material builds up between the grass blades and soil surface over time. Left unchecked, this thatch layer becomes a breeding ground for insects and diseases while blocking air, water, and nutrients from reaching the roots. Our dethatching process removes this barrier completely.
Recommended annually or biannually depending on grass type.
Slit Seeding
Late Summer through Fall
Plants grass seed directly into existing turf without tearing it up or starting over. A specialized machine slices thin grooves into the soil while depositing seed at the optimal depth for germination. Addresses bare spots, improves overall density, and introduces superior grass varieties.
Far more effective than broadcast seeding due to direct seed-to-soil contact.
Edging
Growing Season
Clean edges are what separate a maintained property from a truly manicured one. For plant beds, we re-define borders between lawn and bed spaces using hand edging, soft edging with a trimmer, or machine edging depending on the look you want. For concrete surfaces, we cut away grass that has grown over sidewalk and driveway edges.
Mowing clients: Weekly edge maintenance is included as part of your standard service package.
Bed Maintenance
Growing Season
Landscape beds need ongoing attention to stay looking their best. Our bed maintenance program covers weed removal, edging bed lines, pruning plants back to healthy form, and re-mulching areas that have thinned out. The work is thorough enough to keep beds sharp between seasonal cleanups.
Bundle and save: Can be added to mowing packages at a reduced cost for clients who want a fully managed property.
Transparent, Honest Pricing
Services start at $40.00. No hidden fees. No binding contracts for residential clients. We bill on the last day of every month and stand behind every visit.
